Beautiful pen,, sculptural form in aluminum and wood. Writes a fine light pencil line on standard paper that becomes permanent over time.

Super cool idea to use a chemical reaction in order to 'write' on paper. It does very light. In order to use it to write and read words however, it would take going over the same letters/words many times, and that's probably not very practical. I do find great joy however in using this pen (as I don't think 'erasing' is possible) to doodle and draw, and having it not be graphite or ink is a very neato and lever conversation starter. Bottom line, for drawing/doodling, not writing.
