Koofr Cloud Storage: Lifetime Subscription (1TB)

My third time buying koofr. For your info, if you guys wanna upgrade, please directly upgrade from the official site. I thought I can upgrade through koofr so that I can combine my storage space. Unfortunately, no ! Just upgrade from the official site because I think the price is about the same. Correct me if im wrong...just my 2 cents.

I am satisfied with the purchase. More than enough space to save photos, videos and documents. There are apps for Android and Linux and there's the vault.

I spent a lot of time researching various cloud storage services that offer lifetime subscriptions. Finally bit the bullet and purchased Koofr, and I'm glad I did. The activation process was simple, and so was installing and configuring apps on my Windows PCs and iOS devices. What sets Koofr apart is multiple ways to orchestrate the interplay between local and cloud storage. The killer feature for me is bi-directional syncing between local and cloud folders. Setting this up was dead easy, you just pick a local folder, a Koofr folder and you're done. Importantly, you don't need to change anything in your existing local folder structure. You can also mount Koofr storage to appear as a local drive in Windows. This feature uses WebDAV protocol. Some reviews state incorrectly that there is a 50MB file size limit. There is no limit to the file size that you can upload to Koofr via file sync. The limit does exist for mounted storage, this is because Windows sets 50MB limit for WebDAV by default. But you can increase it up to 4GB, you can find instructions at https://www.wintips.org/fix-error-0x800700df-the-file-size-exceeds-the-limit-allowed-and-cannot-be-saved-in-sharepoint-webdav/. The desktop and mobile apps aren't fancy, but they get the job done. You can't set up sync exclusions in the app, this requires editing a control file. One limitation on iOS is, Koofr doesn't appear as a storage location in the native Files app. But there is a workaround; FE File Explorer app supports Koofr, and it appears in Files, so you can get to Koofr that way, with just one extra tap.

I was skeptical at first, because the product was unknown to me. I searched for reviews on other platforms to discover lots of positive reviews. Purchase went easy, and I was very pleasantly surprised. This is making it must easier for me to switch devices and work from multiple locations. I have constant syncing and I can access the storage as a networked drive. Very impressed.

This is the first backup tool I could find in the market with very helpful features in one package such as QR code creation, Dropbox, Google Drive integration, possibility to create an automatic or manual password with expiration dates, shortcut link, and much more. Also provide apps for Windows, Android, etc. with a 10Gb free to try some available functionalities before buying. I'll let you discover some.

like lifetime fee much more than monthly costs, user interface is very simple and accessing speed loocks very good!
